Great customer service, helped me open my door when locked out. Small talk in English made it feel cozy. Excellent location near Nihonbashi with famous restaurants nearby. Comfortable bed and hot water. Easy check-in/out and umbrella borrow. Vending machines on 8th floor and bus stop nearby.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Firstly, the location was excellent. It was right in the center of the city, making it extremely convenient to explore Tokyo. Plus, it was close to both the Tokyo station and Mitsukoshi-mae station, which made getting around a breeze. Secondly, the staff were amazing. They were so attentive and friendly, always ready to help with anything I needed. The rooms were kept extremely clean and had all the basic amenities I required. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious. I especially loved the fact that the hotel was close to Mitsukoshi department store, where I indulged in some mouthwatering food in Depachika. I highly recommend this hotel for its value for money and attention to detail.

All in all, everything was perfect!

The hotel staff was friendly and spoke good English, making communication easy. The cleanliness of the room was perfect, and the bed was surprisingly large and comfortable. The shower had hot water and came with complimentary toiletries. The hotel also had useful facilities like washers and dryers on the 8th floor, as well as vending machines for drinks.
